There seem to have been a million surveys in the last few months, but not enough conversations.
If you feel your voice is not being heard you are not alone.
The ‘return to work’ surveys are as myopic as they sound. They are focused on narrow questions around returning to the workplace and whether or not people want hybrid work schedules and flexibility. That is a no brainer, as the scores on everyone of these surveys, has shown.
So, are they asking the wrong questions? Their questions are still anchored to the past, to an age old understanding of work, mired in office based traditions. Living through the pandemic, has helped us reflect on what is most important to us, what we love to do, what is the effort to impact ratio we want, where we want to work from, and how we want to live. The much talked about ‘Great resignation’ is here, in no small part, because organizations aren’t listening.
We have a once in a lifetime opportunity to reimagine work, and how it fits into our lives. So we want your voice, your ideas, insights and experiences, your expectations and vision for what the world of work should look like.

Why are we doing it? We are on a mission to co-create the new world of work. Studies are repeatedly telling us that the way we work is broken. We can do better. We think we can help.
What will we do? We are organizing small group Listening Labs. Our goal is to have honest conversations around work life and how it can be better, way better.
Why should you sign up? You will meet other likeminded talented professionals, who want to contribute to reimagining the way we work. It is an opportunity to co-create, and be part of an energizing, uplifting conversation. In addition:
- You will also receive a documented summary of the key themes and points from the session.
- You will receive the summary of the research exercise across multiple sessions like these, which could help you initiate conversations at your workplace, if you so wish.
- If you want us to help you with taking this research and conversations back to your company, we can help.
Is there a cost to join the session? No. It is free.
Please note: Each of our labs are small group sizes to ensure quality listening and conversations. You will receive a email with your confirmed listening lab date and time approximately one week before the scheduled session.
